We left this morning on a 6:30am flight and we are now sitting in El Paso, TX waiting on the rest of the 15 members (who drove) of "Team Juarez" to arrive!!
It has been a long tiring day because most of us got little or no sleep from last minute packing. We will definitely be ready to get to the base where we are staying and get settled in and hopefully an early bedtime so we can start our mission tomorrow!!
10 days till we leave for our mission trip! Wow!!! I'm nervous, anxiousness about the unknown and excited all rolled together. But I know great things are going to come from this trip and I can't wait to share about this experience!
Our group has done 2 fundraisers and The Lord has blessed us greatly there!!
It will seem a little more real that this trip is fast approaching I'm headed to town shortly to start working on my supply list of things Macy & I will need while there! I'm such a procrastinator but this time not so much. I'm going to pull out the suitcases this weekend and start packing! Yay me!!
