Christmas Morning

Macy received a laugh & learn, spin & bounce pony play system.

Macy likes to brush her teeth by herself, so Santa brought her a new toothbrush.

Christmas Eve Night

We had Christmas with my mom and dad tonight. My mom fixed a great supper for us. Coooper was so excited about opening gifts and got tired of waiting on us to finish eating, so he started telling us we were eating to much (which was probably the truth!) I just realized I loaded my pictures in the wrong order. Oh well, it takes waaayyyy too long to redo it.
Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas tomorrow!!

Mya slept the whole entire time we opened gifts. Sweet Baby!

Christmas #3

On Monday night we got together with Shane's family for Christmas. The girls received lots of great presents. After going thru my pictures, I realized I did'nt get any pictures of Mya with her gifts.=( Here are a few pictures I did take.

Christmas Hussle and Bussle

I have finally finished all my Christmas shopping!! I went into town Sunday afternoon and the parking lots and stores were full of those "last" week christmas shoppers. Christmas gatherings officially started for us on Saturday and it seems like we have some place to be everyday up thru Christmas Day. I'm sure by the end of the week we'll all need a rest after all the Christmas gatherings. I'll try and post a few pictures as soon as a can of some of our Christmas Fun.

Girls in their Christmas Dresses

I wanted some pictures of the girls in their Christmas dresses, so we did a photo session at the house yesterday. Neither one of them wanted to cooperate very well. At least I got a few good ones. I wanted some of them together, but couldn't tackle all that by myself. We are planning a trip tomorrow night to go see Santa Claus. Can't wait! :)

Bedtime Blues

Macy has been sleeping in our bed since she was a baby and I have tried at different times to put her back in her on bed, but caved in and brought her back to ours! I am determined this time to stick it out and get her back into her own bed. Macy is a light sleeper and since Mya is in our room and not sleeping thru the night, she wakes up crying for a bottle and wakes Macy up or sometimes Macy likes to wake up with her daddy at 5 a.m.! I started yesterday putting her in her own bed for nap times and she did great. She cried for about thirty seconds during her morning nap but that was it. Bedtime was a whole different story. I put her in her crib and the crying began. She cried for about 15 minutes and I caved, I got her out of bed and let her sit in my lap and drink a glass of milk and then I put her back to bed for more crying. I think she cried for about 20 minutes and finally gave up and went to sleep and slept all night!! Today she's had her morning nap in her bed with no problems, she went right to sleep and I'm sure the afternoon nap will be the same. Hopefully bedtime will go better tonight! :)

Also, I forgot to post an update on Cooper's surgery. Surgery went well and he did great himself and got to come home that afternoon. He says is throat is sore to swallow, but is to be expected after removing the cyst and 2 bones around it. He also had been having really bad nose bleeds so while they were in there they fixed that problem hopefully too. Thanks for your prayers.

My baby in crib jail!! :)

Christmas Tree

Macy was out visiting for a couple hours last night, so I was able to decorate the Christmas tree and put out some other Christmas decorations. Macy really likes the ornaments and wants to touch all of them. My next task is to get the very few Christmas presents that I have wrapped and under the tree. I'm sure Macy will really enjoy trying to get to the presents and trying to unwrap them!
